"Site" means all portions of the www.reveretrading.com website. "Member" is the subscriber. "Terms of Service" is this agreement. "Communications" is any information conveyed to the Member by Revere Trading.

Revere Trading may cancel a member's subscription without explanation.  Revere Trading may also cease operations at any time and will in such case honor remaining time in member's subscriptions, or refund the portion of time remaining in their subscription.

Revere Trading either owns the intellectual property rights, or has acquired the necessary permissions from content providers or suppliers, in all of the content, information, software, products and services on this Site and Communications transmitted to Members from time to time, including all text, HTML code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, Java Code, and icons.

Member agrees to be charged at the time of subscription. Member's subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to Member's credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. Member may cancel at any time by contacting us from the contact page with the message “unsubscribe”. The monthly subscription plans are renewed on 30-day intervals.

You can cancel at any time by cancelling as outlined above.   Upon notification of cancellation, Revere Trading will immediately stop charging your credit card and no additional charges will occur. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Revere Trading retains the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, subscription or access to our services.

Member understands that in order to cancel the service, Member must initiate the refund/cancellation request, and must follow up if it is not acknowledged.
Revere Trading grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display on your computer, download and print short extracts of the Information for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only, provided that:

Member understands that Revere Trading will communicate with member at its own discretion, and that it has no obligation to do otherwise.
